The labcycler is available as Basic machine
without gradient function or as labCycler Gradient.
The Basic machine can be upgraded by a simple input.
The Thermoblocks 48, 96 and 384 are gradient capable.
The machine identifies automatically which block is integrated. The gradient can be 0.2 °C to 40 °C
between the narrow sides of the block. The Maximum is +/-20 °C around the center value. All blocks calculate the temperatures automatically
and visualise them on the graphical display. 8, 12, or 24 block temperatures are shown for 48 well, 96 well, or 384 well blocks.
During the PCR the temperatures for left, center and right can be displayed graphically.
